Youth With Faces is an organization that gives youth in the juvenile justice system a second chance to be more than a faceless statistic. They help Dallas County youth change doing time into a time to learn and practice critical character lessons and work skills. As a result, they significantly reduce their chances of returning to custody and can build a new identity – as a capable young person with a contribution to make. Youth With Faces is driven by a passion to raise awareness for youth at risk. We needed to develop a strategy that uniquely positioned our organization in order to establish awareness for at risk youth to connect with more donors and volunteers. There wasn’t a brand presence, and they needed a platform to communicate with youth. They only had a brand that only spoke to volunteers. In order to increase more participation in the program, we needed to target the at-risk youth. Spring 2019 Professor: Douglas May Class: Cause-Based Design
